WIMA is looking to hire! We are a local music school that specializes in providing private music lessons to students of all ages, although mainly to children and teenagers. Our approach is fun, positive, and supportive, creating a friendly environment for both students and staff.

We are currently hiring part-time bilingual Administrative Assistants for our Pointe-Claire and Saint-Laurent locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors
- Enroll new and returning students
- Follow up with prospective and current clients
- Answer client questions and provide information about WIMA’s programs and services
- Process payments and prepare receipts
- Communicate schedule changes to teachers and staff
- Prepare classrooms and activity spaces
- Complete general administrative duties
- Perform light cleaning and help maintain an organized reception area

Qualifications





- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both English and French
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Friendly, qualified, and encouraging attitude
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and scheduling software
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is considered an asset

Available Shifts

Pointe-Claire

- Tuesdays: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Thursdays: 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saint-Laurent

- Mondays: 2:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
