Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves performing various tasks on construction sites to help build, repair, and maintain structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, construction experience, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials
- Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders safely and efficiently
- Perform concrete tasks, including laying concrete as needed
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
- Help with the installation of infrastructure components like foundations, framing, and utilities
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications

Skills





- Prior experience in construction work is preferred
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is a plus
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks in office

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
