We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and confident individual to meet with homeowners and condo owners who have expressed interest in short-term rental management.
Your role is to visit pre-qualified leads, assess whether their property is suitable for Airbnb/short-term rentals, explain the income potential, and help convert them into clients.
Responsibilities
- Visit homeowners at their property (appointments are provided).
- Evaluate the property's suitability for short-term rentals.
- Explain our management services and earning potential.
- Build trust and answer client questions.
- Close management agreements with qualified property owners.
- Provide feedback after each appointment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients in person.
- Sales, real estate, hospitality,
or property management experience is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the GTA.
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented.
