Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of cook/kitchen hand. This position involves providing exceptional food service, preparing meals, and ensuring a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent serving skills, and experience in restaurant or kitchen environments. We are in a rural location and are not on a public transportation route. This must be considered when applying.

Responsibilities

- Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene protocols and safety guidelines
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
- Support team members during busy service times to ensure efficient operations




- Restock supplies and manage inventory as needed

- Significant experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal assembly
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and handling procedures
