As a Dispatch Planner, you play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate drivers, plan effective routes, and ensure freight moves safely and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and communicates clearly with both drivers and customers.
What You’ll Do

- Plan and organize daily trips for drivers and vehicles
- Assign loads and deliveries based on schedules, locations, and driver availability
- Monitor delivery progress and ensure pickups and drop‑offs happen on time
- Track vehicles using GPS and dispatch systems




- Communicate route details, delays, or changes to drivers
- Troubleshoot issues such as traffic, breakdowns, or unexpected delays
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and delivery times
- Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery requirements
- Work closely with warehouses and internal departments
- Adjust plans quickly when priorities shift
- Identify opportunities to improve routes, reduce fuel use, and increase efficiency
- Support and promote a strong Health & Safety–first culture

Qualifications

- Must have experience in Dispatching.

Pay: $18.10-$25.00 per hour
