Overview

Repin is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Landscaper / Property Maintenance Operator to join our growing team. This is a full time, year-round position that includes landscaping, property maintenance, snow removal, and general labour duties across our residential and commercial properties.

A company truck will be provided for work-related duties.

Responsibilities

- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- Trimming, edging, and general landscaping
- Spring and fall property clean-ups
- Snow plowing, snow blowing, and salting during winter months
- Performing dump runs and hauling materials
- Maintaining the appearance of residential properties
- Minor property repairs and maintenance tasks
- Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and materials
- Conducting routine inspections of properties and grounds
- Assisting other departments as required

Requirements

- Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, lawn equipment, and snow removal equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and professional




- Must be readily available for snow removal operations, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call winter weather events
- Experience in landscaping, property maintenance, construction, or snow removal is considered an asset

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Winter on-call availability required for snow events
