This role is critical in supporting Sentia's Network Operations Center (NOC) team and Customer delivery team by ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of internal systems, including call center management systems, infrastructure, and network services.You will also collaborate with the architecture team to develop new offerings and implement processes and systems to support these initiatives. This role is hands-on, requiring an individual who is passionate, takes ownership, and thrives in troubleshooting and architecting solutions for clients.Core Responsibilities: Provide design and resource support to the Sentia Customer Service team, innovating automation solutions,



network security and working to provide our customers with an unparalleled support experience.Collaborate with the architecture team to develop new service offerings and implement processes to support themContribute to the upkeep and improvement of network infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and performanceResolve complex cross-functional technical issues in a timely manner, supporting both production and non-production environmentsImprove network solutions and related processes applicable to all networking and security functions including SASE, ZTNA, Data Centre Networking, Firewall and Network Access solutions.Coordinate services and monitoring to ensure seamless network operations and performanceContribute to the planning and execution of security, disaster recovery, and failover strategiesSupport periodic operational activities, including enterprise disaster recovery testing and continuous improvement initiativesPerform network hardware installation tasks, such as routers, switches, and other infrastructure componentsParticipate in our support on-call rotation, as well as complete after-hours work as neededTravel to customer sites for support as neededSkills and Competencies: Experience with network technologies, including:SASEData Centre NetworksEnterprise NetworksAutomation platforms such as Ansible and TerraformAI toolsetZTNA including NACQualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and security operations, testing, development, or integration.Current skilled level designations with leading network and security organizations.Fortinet Certified Professional certification or higher (Solution Specialist, Expert levels) is requiredDemonstrated knowledge of automation platformsDemonstrated knowledge of Cisco,
