Key responsibilities include overseeing full-cycle accounting for two or more entities and supporting additional tasks related to financial reporting, internal controls, and system maintenance. About The Position: Reporting to the director of finance, the Manager, Financial reporting will be responsible for, but not limited to: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with clear variance analysis Mentor and manage a team of 3+ accountants, including performance feedback and hiring support Deliver external reporting packages, including covenant and quarterly reporting packages Work in collaboration with external auditors and support the year-end audit process. Oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow activities for 2+ entities Maintain and optimize the ERP system and related financial reporting tools Streamline internal controls and accounting policies and procedures.
