The Senior Analyst will be seen as a leader and expert on automation capabilities and development. They will be leading the end-to-end delivery life cycle of Business Automation initiatives across the Enterprise, primarily leveraging the Microsoft PowerPlatform.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business partners and stakeholders to capture and analyze requirementsDevelops to-be process design (using Lean principles); develops and deploys appropriate automation solution (PowerApp)Conduct research and analysis of key issues, involving relevant stakeholders and other internal/external groups as necessaryResponsible for project management of initiatives; tracks status against timelines, and identifies and escalates risksUndertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives with minimal guidance / supervisionContribute to continuous improvement of delivery model to enable productive, consistent, scalable product developmentBuild visualizations, dashboards and reports as requiredExperience / EducationMust be technically savvy, 3+ years experience developing solutions in Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
