A career as a Senior Artificial Intelligence scientist on the AI Factory team at National Bank means playing a key role in evaluating, optimising and monitoring the performance of AI models, including generative AI models. This position allows you to have a direct impact on the robustness and relevance of solutions thanks to your expertise in fine-tuning, prompt engineering and model monitoring.

Responsibilities

- Assess the performance of AI models using advanced metrics and specialised tools.
- Fine-tune and optimise models to meet banking use cases.
- Design and improve prompts for generative AI models.
- Implement monitoring systems to ensure the quality and stability of models in production.
- Collaborate with teams of analysts and developers to effectively integrate models into technology solutions.
- Participate in technology monitoring and disseminate AI best practices within the organization.

Prerequisites

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, mathematics, artificial intelligence or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or AI model development.
- Proficiency in Python and artificial intelligence libraries.
- Experience with cloud environments and automation tools such as Terraform.
- Knowledge of the AWS stack and model assessment tools, an asset.
