Adecco is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join our client's warehouse team for the afternoon shift.
We are seeking reliable, safety-driven individuals with experience operating Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie equipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines forklift operation with a variety of warehouse responsibilities.

- Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

- Location: Mississauga, ON

- Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation

- Safely operate Reach, Counterbalance, and/or Walkie forklifts

- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse

- Perform daily equipment inspections and follow safety protocols

Order Picking & Material Handling

- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately

- Use RF scanners or pick sheets to locate and verify products

- Replenish inventory and support stock organization

Warehouse Support

- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks





- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

- Support team members with general warehouse duties as needed

- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid forklift certification (Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie)

- At least 1 year experience using Reach, Counterbalance, or Walkie machines

- Previous warehouse or distribution experience

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during the shift

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Safety-first mindset with strong spatial awareness

- Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced environment

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
