Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional hair colour services, including highlights, balayage, blonding, root touch-ups, all-over colour, glosses, toning, colour corrections, and custom colour formulations with precision and artistry.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess hair condition, discuss colour goals, and recommend personalized colour services and maintenance plans.
- Maintain expert knowledge of colour theory, application techniques, and skilled colour lines to consistently achieve beautiful, high-quality results.
- Provide luxury client care by creating a welcoming, personalized experience and ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and satisfied.
- Educate clients on at-home hair care, colour maintenance, and recommend professional retail products to help preserve the health and longevity of their colour.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation,



and organization of workstations, tools, and colour dispensary in accordance with salon health and safety standards.
- Accurately mix, formulate, and apply colour while monitoring processing times to ensure optimal results and hair integrity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication, professionalism, and consistent service excellence.
- Stay current with the latest colour trends, techniques, products, and continuing education to deliver innovative, on-trend results.
- Collaborate with the salon team to uphold the luxury brand experience and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Skills

- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, qualified, and client-focused approach.
- Expertise in hair coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, ombré, color corrections, root touch-ups, toning, and all-over color applications.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, hair chemistry, and product formulations to achieve customized, high-quality results.
- Skilled in conducting in-depth client consultations to assess hair condition, recommend suitable color services, and provide aftercare advice.
- Thorough understanding of salon sanitation protocols, safety standards, and proper handling of professional color and chemical products.
- Proven ability to recommend and retail professional hair care products to maintain color longevity while building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their service.
