Overview
K-Well Integrative Wellness Clinic is looking for a professional and organized part-time MOA/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and can assist with clinic administration, social media, and marketing initiatives. You will work alongside a skilled team in a busy, multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
20 hours per week
Hourly Wage
$18.25+ per hour
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, manage appointments, and handle patient inquiries
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Assist with insurance verification and Extended Health Insurance billing claims
- Create clinic promotional materials using Canva or other tools
- Support social media and online marketing activities
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
- Assist medical staff with various tasks to ensure smooth patient care
Qualifications
- Solid administrative skills, including data entry and record management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with social media management and online marketing platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or a medical clinic is an asset
- Experience with EMR systems such as JaneApp is an asset
