Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the accuracy of pricing records
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies with various departments
• Explicit invoices for timely payment processing
• Prepare weekly vendor wire payments
• Monitor supplier accounts for outstanding invoices
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in accounts payable
• College Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• High level of accuracy and data handling skills
• Strong analytical and time management capabilities
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
