We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. Duties

- Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
- Perform various hair services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and styling
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure client safety
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products tailored to individual client needs
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive salon experience and building rapport with clients
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Expertise in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a protected environment for clients and staff
- Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and team collaboration
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to increase sales opportunities
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations preferred but not required
- Professional attitude with a focus on attention to detail and cleanliness
