Sultans Mediterranean Grill – Team Member

Job Requirements

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and friendly team member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

* Prepare food by wrapping shawarmas, assembling bowls, and plating meals.

* Wash dishes and maintain a clean dishwashing area.

* Wash, peel, and cut vegetables for daily food preparation.

* Keep the kitchen, prep stations, and dining area clean and organized.

* Safely operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures.

* Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

* Work efficiently during busy lunch hours while maintaining quality.

Requirements:





* Good English communication skills.

* Friendly, respectful, and customer-focused.

* Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.

* Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset, but not required.

* Experience preparing simple food items such as wraps and bowls is preferred.

* Ability to lift moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods.

* Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain one).
