You report directly to the Corporate Senior Operations Manager and work closely with corporate leadership to achieve goals, streamline costs, and grow revenues.

With 144 units blending traditional guest rooms and extended-stay apartment suites, Nova Inn Edson is a key hub for corporate travelers and industry partners in west-central Alberta.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Elevate Guest Experience: Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure top-tier property consistency.
- Optimize Financials: Track monthly metrics (NOI, RevPAR, labor costs) against budgets created alongside corporate directors.
- Grow Corporate Business: Support sales efforts to secure long-term corporate stays and local business partnerships.




- Mentor Local Talent: Lead, train, and retain a reliable local team focused on guest satisfaction and safety.
- Keep Things Protected & Compliant: Oversee full regulatory compliance (COR safety, health, and environmental standards).

Who You Are

- 3+ years in hotel GM or senior operational leadership roles.
- Strong background in Rooms Division management, property maintenance oversight, and corporate/extended-stay guest relations.
- Financial capability in budget execution, forecasting, and labor control.
- A visible, approachable leader who thrives under pressure and enjoys hands-on teamwork.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and ready to relocate to Edson, AB.
