Duties

- Assist carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople with their daily tasks on-site
- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for construction activities
- Prepare work sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, or moving supplies
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Support with basic tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, or assembling structures
- Help with site cleanup at the end of each workday to keep the area tidy and safe




- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors

Skills

- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Basic physical fitness to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Positive communication skills to understand directions and collaborate effectively
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times
- Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site access and material transport
