JOB TITLE XRAY TECH- RADIOLOGY JOB SUMMARY Seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist for a temporary, full-time position. This role is responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce diagnostic X-ray images.
Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Position patients correctly and ensure their safety and comfort during examinations.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
Ensure accurate labeling and archiving of images.
Maintain patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule / Shift 1P - 9:30P, Monday - Friday
Required Qualifications Certification from a recognized radiologic technology program.
Current BLS certification.
Certifications BLS
Experience Previous experience as an X-Ray Technologist.
Skills Proficient in operating X-ray equipment.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiographic positioning.
Robust understanding of radiation safety protocols.
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
