About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dedicated squad focused on developing advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions, including traditional Machine Learning models and Generative AI technologies. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Python development, predictive analytics, and prompt engineering to build, evaluate, and maintain AI models that solve real-world business problems. You will collaborate closely with clients and subject matter experts to understand their needs, translate business requirements into robust technical solutions,



and ensure the continuous performance and improvement of AI systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of AI innovation, contributing to projects that impact diverse industries and organizational functions.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building Machine Learning and Data Science solutions
Proficiency in Python programming and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Hands-on experience with developing and deploying ML models for real-world applications
Strong understanding of ML concepts, models, and best practices
Experience with OpenAI and large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, testing, and performance evaluation
Excellent data science and statistical analytics skills
Innovative problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Knowledge of data privacy standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and related regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
Responsibilities Contribute to the development, training, and maintenance of Machine Learning models addressing various business challenges




Perform model evaluation, parameter tuning, feature selection, and calibration experiments to optimize predictive performance
Design and implement prompt engineering techniques for data analysis, discovery, and AI model interaction
Conduct regular testing, benchmarking, and performance analysis of AI models to ensure robustness and efficiency
Monitor and maintain AI solutions post-deployment, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation
Assess security and data privacy implications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable AI solutions
