Position Overview
We are looking for a senior technical professional who can lead and deliver both infrastructure and cloud projects while supporting complex environments across our client base.

This is a hands‑on role focused on designing, building, and improving client environments across networking, cloud, and on‑prem systems. You will lead projects such as Microsoft 365 and Azure deployments, network builds, firewall upgrades, VoIP systems, and security improvements.

In addition to project work, you will support escalations, assist with complex tickets, and help guide clients and internal staff. The ability to communicate clearly and train users especially during deployments is essential.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects end‑to‑end and working across a wide range of technologies in a fast‑paced MSP environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead and deliver IT infrastructure and cloud projects from design through implementation

Deploy and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

Design and build network solutions (firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless, VLANs)

Perform client assessments and recommend practical, secure solutions

Provide escalation support and assist help desk when needed

Train end users and client staff during project rollouts

Document environments and maintain high standards for delivery and support

Work both remotely and onsite across client environments

What We’re Looking For

Solid experience across networking, cloud, and on-prem infrastructure





Comfortable leading projects independently and owning outcomes

Able to explain technical solutions clearly to non‑technical users

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Customer‑focused mindset with clear and professional communication

Comfortable balancing project work with support responsibilities

Absolutely comfortable with traveling and multiple overnight stays.

MSP experience is strongly preferred

Core Experience
- Microsoft 365:
Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune
- Azure & Cloud:
Identity, access control, virtual machines, migrations
- Windows Server:
Active Directory, Group Policy, RDS, Hyperv
- Networking & Security:
Firewalls, switching, routing, VPNs, wireless, security best practices
- VoIP Systems
and deployments
- Backup, disaster recovery, and endpoint security

Assets

Experience with VoIP systems

Certifications such as CCNA and firewall certifications

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Experience with municipalities or First Nations communities

Experience with automation tools or emerging technologies
