This role is a fixed-term contract until January 2027, focusing on effective service request management in an ITIL-based environment. You’ll employ excellent communication skills and adapt swiftly to technological changes, ensuring a smooth operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day I.T. support for N-able employees
• Serve as the primary contact for senior leadership
• Manage user identities and endpoints via cloud technologies
• Assist with incident and service requests management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• 1-3 years supporting Windows and MacOS endpoints
• 1-3 years with Office 365 and Atlassian tools
• 1-3 years in IT Asset Lifecycle Management
• 1-3 years in ITIL-based Service Management
• Robust interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
