Job Summary
We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all aspects align with client specifications, safety standards, and budget requirements. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and utilizing advanced construction management tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape large-scale projects and contribute to the growth of innovative infrastructure solutions.

Duties

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deadlines.

Manage procurement processes by preparing construction estimates and overseeing material takeoffs using tools like Construction estimating software.





Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.

Utilize civil design software such as Civil 3D and Bluebeam for plan review, document management, and communication.

Skills

Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction documentation.

Experience with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D.

Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control strategies.

Proven ability in project management within the construction industry with a focus on civil or heavy infrastructure projects.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with construction safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.

Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting project updates clearly.

Pay: $35.00-$75.00 per hour
