What You'll Do? Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all daily on-site construction activities. This role leads site crews to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for the Project Manager, subcontractors, and the client, and is accountable for timely and accurate crew timesheet submission.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards




Lead, supervise, and support site crews, fostering productivity, accountability, and teamwork
Ensure daily completion and submission of crew timesheets
Act as the primary liaison between the company, client representatives, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
Promote a strong safety culture by leading by example and ensuring adherence to company safety policies and procedures
Document and report all incidents and injuries, including completion of required reports and communication with the Safety Manager
Collaborate with the Project Manager to meet construction timelines through effective planning and use of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
Monitor and maintain quality of workmanship in accordance with design documents and project requirements
Mentor, train, and motivate crew members to support continuous improvement and safe work practices
Coordinate with the Project Manager and client to review, track, and resolve RFIs (Requests for Information) and COs (Change Orders)
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and compliance activities
Ensure all electrical work complies with Technical Safety BC requirements,



applicable permits and inspections, and company standards
Additional Information This position supports projects throughout British Columbia and will require travel within the province.
This position is designated as safety-sensitive making employment contingent upon the successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing, as well as criminal and general background checks.
Schedule & Compensation Schedule rotations range from 4 days on / 3 days off?or?8 days on / 6 days off, etc.
Standard workdays are 10 hours (7:00 a.m. ? 5:30 p.m.)?
Overtime compensation will be provided in accordance with the British Columbia Employment Standards Act and/or applicable project agreements.
