Crystal Lodge in Whistler is seeking a Manager on Duty to join our Front Desk team. The MOD is the first point of contact in the absence of senior management and will oversee front office operations, guest services, and policy execution.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in customer service, 1 year supervising a team, and experience with in-house systems (RDP, LodgeNet, Protobase, MS Office). A BC driver's license and a second language are assets.
