Job Summary y:The Program Manager at Pangeo Group is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned automotive programs, from quotation through production and end-of-life. This includes actively influencing cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with customers, and driving program milestones. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented leader with a strong sense of ownership, capable of balancing technical, financial, and organizational challenges.
