What You’ll Do As a key member of the IT team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world. Here’s what you can expect in your role: Overall Responsibilities The main function for this role to support the organizations business needs within core and subsidiary systems. This role will support the broad application landscape for the entire organization and ensure scalable, enduring, integrated systems. This role is key in translating business requirements into technology and process solutions. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Centre of Excellence: ERP and Applications DevOps Senior member of COE for all application needs within the organization Review and understand business requirements, functional and technical specifications Design, write, and debug programs with an emphasis on generating code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable. Ensure all code is written, tested, integrated with the rest of the project code base. Perform unit testing, develop appropriate artifacts and/or documentation to facilitate final delivery. Provide standards in applications,



development practices and tools Optimizing software applications by keeping up with technological advances Drive solutioning and implementation of customized processes and tools Coordinate with external partners including system vendors and third-party consultants Provide analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and creative problem solving for business issues Assist the business to document the functional and technical requirements Business and Operations Support Participate in the development and execution of business application strategies Apply where applicable, appropriate project management oversight and discipline to business requests Ensure a robust understanding of organization business initiatives and provide appropriate support, consultation, and guidance regarding ERP modifications and custom applications Prioritize, balance, multitask competing issues with deference to urgency, length of outstanding time and political sensitivity. Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as other teams. Governance and Management Act as SME in area of systems and technology in supporting any business initiatives Act as ambassador for IT department and as an advocate for technology and ERP best practices. Maintain, follow, and enhance as necessary, any appropriate SOPs for IT department Support and enforce any IT related Policies Working in compliance with the company’s Health & Safety Policies/SOPs including but not limited to the Safety Responsibilities Procedure. Comply with all associated GxP Practices. What You Bring You're a mix of curious, collaborative, and purpose-driven — and ready to grow in a team that lives its values. Your experience and perspective might include: 5+ years of Software Development Lifecycle 3+ years SAP Development Experience 3+ years various ERP platforms (Tier 1)



Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong organization and prioritization skills Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills. For this role, the posting range is $68,775 – $117,900, which reflects the full salary range of the position. The actual salary offered will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
