The role drives talent acquisition market insights, brand strategy, channel tactics, promotions, and communication plans to enhance talent attraction, pool depth, hiring effectiveness, and employee engagement. Responsibilities Generate key talent marketing insights on social media and talent trends. Understand the CPO talent acquisition segments and advise leaders on appropriate marketing strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders, Corporate Communications, and CPO leaders to develop marketing and communication action plans. Analyze trends, validate insights with peers, and prepare timely reports for leadership forums. Align marketing plans with national inclusion and process governance teams to drive brand engagement, pipeline development, conversion, time‑to‑fill, and retention. Maintain partner relationships with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Universum, GPTW, and other platforms, managing performance and alignment with objectives. Support internal and external communications related to talent acquisition,



including brand calendar and external stakeholder messaging. Qualifications Strategic mindset with the ability to connect multiple perspectives. Strong collaboration and integration skills across Talent Acquisition, CPO, Marketing, and Business leaders. Agile design thinking with focus on candidate experience. Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal relationships. Experience (4+ years) in corporate marketing, communications, and brand strategy; campaign and program design and execution. Analytical skills with robust problem‑solving abilities. Financial acumen and budgeting experience. Self‑motivated, structured, and able to maintain annual/quarterly/monthly work plans across multiple stakeholders. Total Rewards Salary range: $58,000 – $96,000. Eligible for bonus program.
