Affirm seeks a Learning Specialist II to orchestrate a seamless onboarding experience for recent affirmers. You will lead onboarding initiatives, develop learning assets, and partner with Workplace, IT, and other teams to execute programs that scale with the company’s growth.
You will analyze onboarding data, drive process improvements, and deliver engaging training both virtually and in person, including occasional onsite events.
