Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will administer bi-weekly payroll for various employee categories by maintaining payroll records and processing benefits changes. Your responsibilities will include processing Records of Employment (ROEs) and verifying payroll journal entries for accuracy. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with site administration teams to resolve payroll-related issues and provide support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and reconcile bi-weekly payroll transactions




• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Administer group benefits programs and verify documentation
• Collaborate to resolve payroll-related matters
• Generate reports and respond to inquiries

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience
• PCP designation required
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
