Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Content Lead in digital projects.




Solid knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal, WordPress, or SharePoint.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable content strategies.
Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and digital analytics tools.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise content platforms (e.g., Pantheon, Acquia).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Background in UX writing or digital marketing.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Content Strategy.
