Job Description

The Maintenance 3 - Washbay, is responsible for the sustainable and reliable maintenance of Magna Mining’s mobile equipment and washbay facilities.

All Magna Mining team members are expected to work collaboratively with others, lead the way in health and safety, act with honesty, integrity, and foster an entrepreneurial spirit in pursuit of excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Operate washbay equipment to clean mobile and support equipment, removing debris, mud, grease, and contaminants.

- Perform routine visual inspections during cleaning to identify leaks, damage, or safety concerns.

- Report equipment defects, maintenance needs, or hazards to supervisors and maintenance personnel.

- Assist maintenance teams by preparing equipment for servicing and ensuring units are clean and accessible.

- Maintain washbay facilities, ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.





- Handle lubricants and cleaning agents safely and in compliance with environmental procedures.

- Maintain records of cleaning and inspections as required.

- Follow all safety regulations, site procedures, and PPE requirements.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support maintenance and site operations.

Requirements

Qualifications: Formal Education, Certifications or Equivalents]

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience: Nature & Length

- Experience in equipment cleaning or maintenance support in an industrial, mining, or heavy equipment environment preferred.

- Familiarity with mobile equipment and preventative maintenance practices

- Demonstrate strong commitment to safe work practices and environmental compliance.

- Identify leaks, damage, and maintenance concerns during inspections.

- Dependable in supporting maintenance operations and completed assigned tasks.

- Work collaboratively with maintenance, operations and site personnel.
