Responsibilities
- Operate flour milling, mixing and packaging equipment.
- Fill, weigh, seal and palletize flour bags.
- Load and unload products and raw materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the facility.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse duties.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a small production team.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) regularly.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Forklift experience is an asset (not required).
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or food production experience is an asset but not required.
- Training will be provided.
