Green Sky Roofing & Exteriors is a growing Calgary-based roofing and exterior company working with residential and commercial property owners. We are expanding our outreach team and hiring motivated individuals to support lead generation for our sales division.

This is a high-volume cold calling role based in our SE Calgary office.

This position is best suited for individuals who are confident on the phone, disciplined with daily activity, and comfortable working in a performance-driven workplace.

Role Overview

Your responsibility is to make outbound calls to business owners and property managers to identify interest in our roofing services.

You will qualify prospects and generate quality leads.

A lead is considered valid when the prospect clearly agrees to a site visit. Once confirmed, the lead is entered into the Sales Rep Tracker sheet and passed to the senior representative, who will contact the customer to schedule the site visit.

Daily Expectations

- 100–120 outbound calls per day
- Consistent activity tracking and reporting
- Target of 8–10 qualified leads per week

A qualified lead is defined as a decision-maker who has clearly agreed to a site visit and is entered into the Sales Rep Tracker sheet.

Compensation

- $16/hour base pay




- $25 per qualified lead (paid after completion of site visit)
- Performance-based bonuses based on overall output and results
- Paid bi-weekly

Earnings are directly tied to consistency and performance.

Training & Onboarding

A structured two-week training period is provided.

Week 1 focuses on scripts, systems, and live calling with coaching and feedback.
Week 2 transitions into full call volume expectations and performance targets.

Continued employment is based on performance during and after training.

Requirements

- Strong English communication skills and vocabulary
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Comfortable handling rejection and high call volume
- Strong work ethic and consistency
- Sales experience is an asset but not required

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
