We are looking for a professional, reliable, safety-conscious truck driver with a positive attitude to work in a fast paced and team-focused environment.
Duties
- Deliver heavy equipment and/or materials to various job sites.
- Responsible for logbooks and inspections.
- Complete and submit paperwork daily: delivery slips, run logs, etc.
- Safety of public, fellow workers, equipment, truck and load.
- Service of truck: oil, fuel, etc.
- Daily maintenance of truck: lights, grease, interior cleanliness, etc.
- Maintain effective run times and fuel economy.
Qualifications
- Minimum DZ Class licence.
- Clean CVOR and driver’s abstract.
- Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends during the peak season.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience working as a DZ or AZ truck driver.
- Equipment Float (Asset)
- Roll-Off Truck (Asset)
- Water Tank Truck (Asset)
- Crane/Boom truck operator (Asset)
Successful candidates must have their own transportation to the shop, be insurable and have a satisfactory criminal record background check upon commencing work.
