Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Kitchen Cleaner, where your dedication to cleanliness and organization will help create a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. In this vital role, you will ensure that all kitchen areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained, supporting the overall efficiency of food preparation and service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute directly to the success of our culinary operations and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Shifts will be 9:00pm to 12:00am

Responsibilities

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, cooking equipment, and storage areas to maintain hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste properly, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and areas are kept free of debris.
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.




- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and sanitation standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to kitchens and food service areas.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to food service environments.
- Previous experience with food preparation or serving roles is a plus but not required.
