Food Production Operator

IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Food Production Operators for our well-established clients in Belleville, ON. If you're looking for steady, full-time work with the opportunity to be hired on permanently, we'd love to hear from you!

Shift Requirements

Candidates must be available to work all shifts on an 8-hour MAD rotation:

- Days: 6:00 AM – 2:10 PM
- Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:10 PM
- Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:10 AM

Wage: $22.88 per hour

Responsibilities

- Remove finished products from production lines
- Sort and package products according to specifications
- Inspect products throughout the production process and identify quality issues
- Document and label products accurately
- Follow ingredient cards and production instructions
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and production obstacles
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work area
- Follow all company quality and food safety procedures

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (required)




- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to lift, stand, and perform general production duties throughout the shift
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
- CSA-approved steel-toe footwear is required
