Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to: Create, maintain and optimize application layers and reference images;
Perform application packaging, including integration, configuration and validation;
Ensure the performance, stability and standardization of virtualized environments;
Diagnose and resolve image and application issues;
Analyze recurring problems and implement lasting fixes;
Participate in change management, including updates, patches and new versions;
Automate image management and deployment processes;
Continuously optimize layering and packaging practices;
Collaborate with multidisciplinary IT teams;
Document configurations, standards, and procedures.
The Profile You Are Looking For Is As Follows Have between two (2) and four (4) years of experience in virtualized environments;
Have expertise in layering and packaging with Citrix App Layering, MSIX, App-V or equivalent solutions;
Master Windows environments;




Experience in managing incidents, problems and changes according to ITIL practices;
Demonstrate good analytical and diagnostic skills;
Adopt a structured approach oriented towards quality and standardization;
Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and a good sense of priorities;
Be able to manage multiple folders simultaneously;
Demonstrate experience in PowerShell automation (an asset);
Knowledge of virtualization environments is an asset);
Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (an asset);
This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential for understanding documentation and ensuring qualified communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
