A Day in the Life Manage commercial glazing projects from award through completion
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents
Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and labor targets
Coordinate manpower, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities
Build robust relationships with customers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
Identify project risks and negotiate practical solutions
Manage project documentation and change orders
Lead project kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings




Collaborate closely with field teams and operations staff
Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved
Requirements Minimum3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Estimator, or Project Manager in commercial construction
Commercial glazing experience required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and contracts
Experience working directly with customers and project stakeholders
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
Education in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field considered an asset
Experience with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar software considered an asset
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check
