In this position, you'll report to the Badlands Pipe Team Manager and be pivotal in maintaining our natural gas pipelines and compressor stations. Your responsibilities will include operating, maintaining, and inspecting essential pipeline components while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. The role involves significant travel, making it essential for candidates to be adaptable and proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and repair on pipeline equipment
• Plan and manage pipeline isolation and blowdowns
• Operate and maintain natural gas pipelines
• Assist in gas leak surveys as requested
• Complete preventative maintenance and work orders in SAP
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years related industry experience
• Journeyman certification or two years of relevant training
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
• Valid driver’s license and driving record
