The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, driven, and client-focused Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Sales Performance Management solution implementations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and governing projects while building strong client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes.

At InnoVyne, Project Managers play a critical role in both delivery and customer success. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

What You Will Do
Delivery Leadership

Lead projects from Sales-to-Services Handoff through Project Closure, managing all phases including Preparation, Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, Hypercare, and Closure.

Facilitate and deliver Project Kick-Off meetings, establishing expectations and setting the tone for client engagement.

Drive project governance across cost, scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, and communication management.

Partner with Lead Consultants to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and financial performance throughout the engagement.

Prepare and deliver status reports, executive updates, governance materials, and client communications.

Coordinate internal and client resources to ensure successful project execution.

Change Management

Own the formal Change Management process under the Statement of Work, including Gap Analysis, scope decisions, and Project Change Requests from identification through signed execution.

Proactively identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

Ensure project scope, timelines, budgets,

and client expectations remain aligned throughout the engagement.

Customer Success

Serve as the primary InnoVyne relationship lead for assigned clients.

Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and project sponsors.

Maintain regular executive and project governance cadences with clients.

Monitor account health and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify opportunities for additional services, optimization initiatives, and long-term client value.

Champion the client's perspective internally and ensure every phase transition is communicated clearly and professionally.

Support successful transitions from implementation services to Managed Services engagements when applicable.

Partner with account managers and customer success staff to support client retention, renewals, and account growth opportunities.

Project Closure

Lead all project closure activities, including lessons learned, contract reconciliation, final invoicing coordination, and transition planning.

Ensure project documentation, deliverables, and governance artifacts are properly completed and archived.

Coordinate Managed Services transitions when applicable to ensure continuity of service and long-term customer success.

Education & Background

Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

A background in project management or delivery leadership within a technology, software, Software as a Service, or qualified services environment is strongly preferred.

Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects is preferred.

Experience with Sales Performance Management, Incentive Compensation Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related business applications is considered an asset.

A Project Management Skilled designation is highly desired.

Candidates who do not currently hold a Project Management Professional designation but are willing to obtain it within six months of joining are encouraged to apply. InnoVyne provides training and support to help employees achieve certification.

What We Are Looking For

3–6 years of project management experience, ideally within a professional services, consulting, or software delivery environment.

Proven experience leading full-cycle software implementation projects from project initiation through production deployment.

Strong knowledge of project governance, scope management, budget management, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

Experience managing Statement of Work commitments, Project Change Requests, and project financials.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments.

Based in or able to commute to Markham, Ontario, as required.

Nice to Have

Experience with Sales Performance Management or Incentive Compensation Management platforms such as Varicent, Xactly, or CaptivateIQ.

Experience managing Software as a Service implementation projects.

Experience working within a consulting or professional services organization.

Familiarity with Teamwork, SharePoint, ProjectWorks, or similar project management and collaboration tools.

Experience supporting Customer Success, account management, Managed Services, or ongoing service delivery functions.

Why InnoVyne

Work alongside a highly skilled team of Sales Performance Management consultants and industry experts.

Lead meaningful projects for innovative organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Make a direct impact on client success and business outcomes.

Gain exposure to enterprise software implementations, customer success initiatives, and consulting best practices.

Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment that supports collaboration, growth, and work‑life balance.

Access training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Join a culture built on teamwork, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
