Job Title: Agile Product Owner
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable .
Position Overview Seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with Agile teams to deliver high-value products and business solutions.
Responsibilities Manage and prioritize Agile product backlogs.
Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
Support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver customer, citizen, or patient-focused solutions.
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide ongoing product direction.
Ensure delivery aligns with governance, compliance, and organizational requirements.
Support enterprise application and platform enhancement initiatives.
Monitor product performance and user feedback.
Drive continuous improvement and value delivery.
Required Qualifications Experience as an Agile Product Owner within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.




Robust experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, or modernization initiatives.
Understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
Ability to define and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification preferred.
