Key Responsibilities Manage and assist on a variety of transactional matters
Draft and review agreements and supporting documents
Provide strategic legal advice to business and individual clients
Support complex transactions from inception through closing
Collaborate across practice groups to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Ideal Candidate 2-8 years of solicitor-side experience
Background in one or more of the listed practice areas
Strong drafting, analytical,



and client management skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Experience from a national firm or respected boutique is welcomed
