The Superintendent will be responsible for on-site commercial and/or industrial construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. This includes planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site.

Responsibilities:

- Organize, direct and control on-site construction management to ensure compliance with the owner’s specifications, budget and schedule.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors in office to ensure their work is meeting schedule and quality specifications.
- Supervise internal forces.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure efficient schedule coordination and minimize delays.
- Represent the company in meetings with clients/representatives.
- Complete field admin documentation: timesheets, quantity reports, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate workforce, material deliveries and equipment on site.
- Work in a team environment.




- Demonstrate leadership in adherence to the company safety management program.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Proven supervisory experience in commercial and/or civil infrastructure construction.
- Proven safety training and awareness.
- Journeyperson certification in the trade of carpentry is preferred.
- Proven leadership qualities and the ability to work in a team environment.
