Duties

- Supervise roofing crews to ensure timely, safe, and efficient completion of projects in accordance with project plans and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes and quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align project schedules, materials delivery, and scope of work
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to building codes
- Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards throughout each phase of roofing installation

Experience





- Proven supervising experience in commercial roofing or related construction fields with a strong understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on quality control, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
- Demonstrated ability to read construction drawings accurately and perform construction estimating for roofing projects
- Knowledge of safety protocols, building codes, and industry standards specific to commercial roofing projects
- Experience managing timelines, and resources effectively in a fast-paced environment
