Our Licensed Automotive Technicians (Journeyman) are responsible for all tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of our customer’s vehicles. We are currently looking to fill a full time position at our shop. Hourly rate to be discussed. Responsibilities and Duties • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, dismantle, align, assemble and adjust mechanical vehicle equipment and machinery to maintain it in an efficient operating condition. • Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs as assigned • Diagnose source of malfunctions and perform repairs as required • Perform road tests using safe driving practices





Qualifications and Skills • Valid NS Automotive Service Technician Certification • 1-2 years industry experience • Strong technical/mechanical repair aptitude • Valuable time management skills • Excellent organizational skills • Attention to detail • Valid NS drivers license and ability to provide current drivers abstract • Desire to achieve the very best in customer service and satisfaction • Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team

This is not a flat rate shop; we pay by the hour every Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
