WORK SCHEDULE
This position runs from August through October 2026, with the possibility of continued work beyond this period based on business needs.
Availability Requirements:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required, dependent on weekend event bookings. Some weekday shifts when needed. Hours vary based on event requirements — some days involve both day and night shifts, while others may consist of quick delivery runs. Flexibility is essential for success in this role.
RATE OF PAY
- Regular Hours (6:00 a.m. – 9:59 p.m.): $22.00 – $25.00/hour, based on experience
- After-Hours (10:00 p.m. – 5:59 a.m.): $30.00 – $33.00/hour, based on experience
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly reliable individual who is a responsible driver, performs well under pressure, and consistently arrives on time.
Required:
- Fluent in English
Driving
- Minimum of 1 year of experience driving vehicles ranging from vans to 26' trucks
- Clean driving record
- Adherence to all safety procedures and traffic regulations
- Ability to safely operate a truck or van under various road and weather conditions, including maneuvering in areas with restricted space
- Experience parking large trucks in loading bays and tight spaces
Event Setup and Takedown
Required:
- Ability to lift 25 to 55 lbs safely and efficiently
Additional Responsibilities:
- Robust customer service skills and respect for other teams working the same event
- Ability to work well and collaboratively with other vendors, including outside planners and venue coordinators
- Flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes
- Participation in venue visits prior to large events
- Verification that all items are loaded into the truck at the end of each event
Warehouse
- Load and unload trucks in an orderly fashion, accounting for weight distribution and delivery sequencing
- Use appropriate equipment and supplies to ensure goods remain undamaged and secure during transit
Preferred:
- Experience operating a scissor lift
