What You'll Do

As a TELUS Representative,



you'll work directly with homeowners, introducing TELUS products and helping customers find solutions that best meet their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building meaningful relationships with prospective customers
- Educating customers on TELUS products and services
- Recommending personalized solutions based on individual needs
- Representing Surge Solutions and TELUS with professionalism and integrity
- Participating in daily coaching, training sessions, and team meetings
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Working toward individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, leadership, or sales is considered an asset
- Previous sales experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training
