We’re looking for an experienced, confident, and compassionate Patient care Advisor to join our growing practice.

This is a key patient-facing role responsible for presenting comprehensive treatment plans, supporting the doctor’s schedule, and helping patients confidently move forward with the care they need.

Responsibilities

- Present and coordinate comprehensive treatment plans.
- Build trust and create an exceptional patient experience.
- Address patient questions and concerns with confidence and empathy.
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and consultations.
- Discuss financial arrangements and payment options.
- Work closely with the doctor to support comprehensive care and treatment acceptance.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of dental administrative, treatment coordination, or patient coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and comprehensive treatment planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




- Experience presenting treatment plans and improving case acceptance is highly preferred.
- Confident discussing financial arrangements and helping patients make informed decisions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
