Food Manager Trainee – Fit City Grill

Fit City Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food Manager Trainee to join our team! This position is a excellent prospect for someone interested in developing leadership skills while gaining experience in all areas of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities:

- Take part in training across both front-of-house and kitchen operations (food prep, cooking, and service)
- Learn food safety standards, quality control, and inventory practices
- Assist with day-to-day operations and support the management team
- Develop leadership skills to help guide and support staff

Qualifications:

- Around 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality is preferred




- Good English communication skills
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-focused approach
- Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer service areas

Compensation:

- Pay will be determined based on experience and skills
